ediiit: (I won't be mixing PPI and DPI up again haha-I did a little research and they are very different! DPI is usually determined by a scanner or camera/outside computer source. PPI is on screen resolution. Photoshop does not determine DPI. Your scanner does. For example-if you scan at 200DPI with a 8x11inch picture you will get a 1600x2200px artwork, mine goes to a default of 72PPI in PS when scanned.)
